To change acount information, follow these instructions.

I'm not sure what you mean by your reference to your home page not working. If you've been told you're locked out "temporarily" for security reasons, the lock will last for 12 hours, and in the meantime nothing can be done. (More here.) Otherwise, submit this dialog.
