Since Yahoo Changed I Cant Attach Files To My Emails Why

Here's the procedure for the new format:

Look for the paperclip icon below the email's subject line. To attach a file, click the paperclip icon and select a file to upload. If you are attaching large files, use the Share from Dropbox option, which appears when you click the down arrow to the right of the paper clip icon.
