Yahoo Email Messages To Fit On All Users' Screens, So They Don't Run Off The Pag

When I copy what I have written in a Word document into our Yahoo email, then send it, some of the users say the message runs off the screen and they have trouble reading it. It is not simply changing Internet Page or other options, to make the type smaller or larger. But one user said there was a way to ensure that we can conform all Yahoo messages to all screens. That is, electronic messages can be sent with a normal embedded instruction that the wording line width conform to the width of the reader's screen. Would you know of this or how to do it?
