- Go to the Yahoo! login page
- Click on the I can't access my account link
- Choose the I have a problem with my password option and then click Next
- Enter your Yahoo! ID and click Next
- Click Next again to have a password reset email sent to your alternate email address (part of which is displayed on the screen)
- Log in to your alternate email account and when you get the email from Yahoo!, click on the link to reset your password, then create a new password
