I Cannot Get Into My Yahoo Mail

I have tried through another browser, I have tried through Chrome, through Internet Explorer, and through my HTC Android phone and I CANNOT get into my Yahoo mail on my computer through Chrome or Internet Explorer or my Android phone since last evening!!! I keep getting either "Temporary error message #2" or "Network Error please try again" on my Android. No new mails have downloaded or come in since 6:00 PM PST and I keep getting a Yahoo error message that they are having difficulties!! I have cleared the browser, cleared the cache, cleared the history, re-set the password, Uninstalled and installed the yahoomail app on my phone......UUGGGGGHHHH!!! Can't find a Yahoo help phone number to call either! And the online trouble shooting is not helping! You have to add yahoo mail to your device:

Press or hold your device's Menu button | tap Settings.
Tap Accounts.
Tap Add account.
Tap Email.
Enter your full email address and password, then tap Next.
Optionally adjust your sync settings, then tap Next.
Enter the name you want displayed on your outgoing mail, then tap Next.
