Yahoo-registration Form For Nerd Accounts. Coalready 4 Or 5 Times Tonight's Plea

I have spent over an hour registering a NewAccount! How do I submit for "SUCCESS" where is the button or icon? I thought after reading all licensing terms there would be "Submit" icon or button. I see none- getting frustrated and my Dinner Is Cold! Help me or I will not create new account!
