Clp 860 Without Sound

when I turn on my clavinova 860, I can't hear any sound. At the beginning I can hear the starting relay and the lights turn on, but there isn't any sound. When I put the top volume on, I can hear the noise of the amplifier, but there's no sound. What happens? It's an old keyboard, 17 years old, but it still worked very good until now. what could be the problem? Must I replace some pieces? Is this a frequent problem of this piano model ? can I still buy pieces to replace?

I suspect it could be something simple like a disconnected plug or broken wire. Without looking inside and tracing the problem it is difficult to give a diagnosis. There is a weblink to a service engineer who may be able to offer advice in fixing your problem.
