Psr8000 Stuck On Lcd Screen.

I'm unable to access the programs on the keyboard. it is stuck on the initial screen display. Please help!

Try removing the backup batteries and the power supply. Leave for a few minutes to allow the unit to discharge and any residual voltage, and then re-inset the batteries and power supply, and try again. This should cause a system reset. You can download the user guide here:
