Can't Hear My Piano !

PLUG THE HEADPHONES IN AND MY ARIUS V240 SOUNDS GREAT. UNPLUG THEM AND THE PIANO IS NOT AUDIBLE AT ALL. THE POWER SWITCH IS ON, NOTHING IS LEFT PLUGGED IN THE JACK , I  HAVE EXITED AND RESET THE FUNCTION TO MANUAL DISPLAY JUST LIKE THE MANUAL STIPULATES ,  WHAT SHALL I DO  NOW ?
