You need to get ALOT of views in order to actually money and make sure you have at LEAST 10,000 subscribers. You then need to sign up to become a youtube partner( It should on the "My Account" page). If you are approved by youtube then you will need to make a google adsense account. After that all your youtube videos will display ads before the video is played and also in the righ hand column area in some cases. You will earn money by the amount of views you receive. Each view you get is roughly arount 10-20 cents. You have to work REALLY hard in order to make money on youtube and maintain an audience.

It's actually not that hgard to get started with money-making on YouTube. It's all about creating content that maintains an audience and creates quality views. (Yes, YouTube checks your views to make sure that they are all legitimate). You can get an idea of good content creation by visiting the YouTube Creator Playbook here: http://www.youtube.com/yt/playbook/

When you're ready, monetization on YouTube requires an AdSense account (at least 18 years old to create one). You can then go to your Video Manager page and select the "$" icon in each video upload slot. Please note that any videos that are subject to third party ownership may not be eligible for monetization. Example: Using soundtrack from a movie may render your video "not eligible" for monetization, which means that the "$" symbol will not show up in your video manager next to the video.

In order to make money from your videos you need to post something that will grab viewers attention. It all depends on the amount of viewers you get. You have to be patient of course becuase you wont get million of views over a day. Also make sure the qualities of you're videos are good. Lastly you're videos need to have adds, and you need Google adsense. I hoped this helped,
