I'm very sorry, Linda, but we're an independent help site (not Zara) and we don't make outgoing calls. (The same, unfortunately, may be true of Zara.) The phone number for Zara of 855-635-9272 is supposed to be a direct line to a rep, so my guess is that you were encountering a temporary glitch. You can call today Saturday until 4 pm EST.
