No Sound

Purchased this T.V. on 06/15/12, the sound has been going out and comes right back on, Thought it was the t.v. station...TODAY 9/24/12 the sound went totally out, have attempted to resewt, unplug, restart set and satellite receiver, but still no sound,,TWO other sets in my home have perfect sound..Have called FOUR phone numbers and three of them are no longer in service, the other number is for refinance and refers me to another number which is also NOT IN SERVICE... I have had my T.V. for 3 MONTHS and 9 DAYS...what do I do ????take back to place of purchase???? Thanks, Gordon Bishop
