Need To Find Out How To Repair Damage Zoosk Has Done To My Life!

I need to find out when i joined zoosk. It was at least four years ago, I signed up but never used it. A few days ago I noticed while cleaning out my inbox that I was still getting a lot of spam like "you have ^ winks" and such. So I went in to try to deactivate it and not only had trouble w that but they sent emails to all my email contacts saying I was inviting them and wanted to share pics with them!  Including my boyfriend who is breaking up w me if I dont prove I signed up for it before him!!!!!!!!!!!   HELP!!!!!!!!!!
