Why Does No One Reply To Emails ?? Customer Service Is Terrible,
Ive only just paid for a membership and my membership has been cancelled within two days,,,, I want my money back or fix my membership immediatley ,, Total scam if you ask me,,, And if you dont refund the money or fix my membership im going to spend all night leaving bad reviews about zoosk

Only Zoosk top management could answer that question definitively, and I'm pretty sure top management wouldn't bother. In general, bad customer service is the result of an attempt to save costs. If enough customers complain, service may improve. For that purpose you can use this contact information:
