Why Is My Mail Not Working?

I subscribed on August 13 and have not been able to make contact with any one since. I have sent several messages and have received no reply.

Either A) Nobody is responding to your messages or B) Your e-mail has a SPAM filter on it and their reply is going into your spam or junk folder.
