For Some Reason I Can't Send Any Messages. Any Ideas?

I got a few messages and as I answer them and press send, the message doesnt go. And I check my "sent messages" and there isn't any. I deleted it and re downloaded it back and it is still the same say and i closed the app and re-entered it and it still isn't able to send messages. I am a member so this shouldnt be happening.
