I Deleted My Account And Now When I Reopened It My Subscription Is Not Working

I deleted my account and now when I reopened it my subscription is not working. Do I need to pay again ? I payed for 6 months subscription on the 20/05/15

Hello for your account to be properly reinstalled you need to contact zoosk
