Trying To Contact Zune Customer Service. 877-438-9863 Is Not A Working Number.
Was unaware of Microsoft Zune subscription. My minor son thought he was getting a trial subscription. Saw charge for $9.99 on my visa bill. He never used Zune except Day 1 for less than 1 minute, he says. We would appreciate a refund for any charges applied. Thank you very much.
