Purchases Fail On Scramble

Zynga keeps reVERSING purchases, and now tries purchases even when i don't select them. I've checked with my bank and it comes in as a purchase, is accepted, and then Zynga reverses it. I tried unininstalling ALL zynga apps and that doesn't solve the problem.  I have no problem with any other purchases through my Samsung S3 phone. I've put in several requests and gotten NO response other than the automated one.
