That is not how the process works, which is why you aren't getting anywhere. You need to login to your account at http://ebay.com, go to my eBay, find the item in question and click on the dropdown to the right of the item, where it says Contact Seller. Ask the seller if there is a tracking # for your item. If the seller doesn't respond, THEN you file a dispute with eBay.
