The price is the price, whether you won an auction or did a Buy It Now. The seller can only add shipping; the seller does not have control over the end price. If you are being badgered by the seller, you can report that seller to eBay. Login to ebay.com and look under "Won" to find the item in question, then click on the dropdown next to the item ... you will see Report A Problem. Go there and follow the prompts.
