My Checking Account Has Had Two Transfers To Pay Pal Both On October 24, Frst On

first $10.00, then $75.00. My last legitimate transaction was eBay on or about October 16 for $6.35. to China. Has my Pay Pal account or eBay account been hacked? What can I do to stop it and how can I get my $85.00 back?
