A Dispute With A Product.

I ordered some power balance bracelets from someone on ebay. Paid for them but didnt get. I ordered about 20-22 of them at $1.75 ea. Filed dipute with ebay about this but they only paid me back $1.75 that was for only one of the items. What about my other 20 something. Whole order came out to be around $38 something. Paid through pay pal. How do I get the rest of my money back through pay pal. They are saying they dont have record of any other. I have the print out to show them all.
