Money Pak Fraud

I attempted to make a purchase on ebay. I was required to purchase 4 money pak green dot cards, 3 for 500.00 and one for 200.00 for a total of 1700.00. I received an error message canceling the deal. Case ID # 1511k9l8m1 When I checked with the money pak support # they informed me that the money from one of the cards was refunded to an individual I have never heard of before. I don't know how this got so screwed up as the money paks sent in was an exact match for the item purchased. How do I get my money back????
