My Refund Awaited After More Than 2 Months

My terrible experience with ebay My PaisaPay , bought a Provogue Black and Red Tracksuit(, Estimated delivery date:by Thu, 28-Aug. I never received it. Made an "eBay Guarantee* claim –. But thereafter my torment started. Called customer care several times. They promised refund. Nothing happened. Then I chatted with customer care (Customer Support Chat Transcript - and (Customer Support Chat Transcript - They also assured refund. Refund within 48 hours. No refund came. Here, I am more than two months after my online purchase: no response and no resolution of my claim. I have been defrauded and cheated of my precious money by ebay. I warn others, please don’t buy on ebay.
