Refund

After I bought this item number 150734764774 the sealer CANCEL the Transaction. But after he Cancel it and I accsepted he didn't REFUND MY MONEY BACK. I try to contact him several time no respond. So could you help me what I have to do Plc. ?

Before you file a complaint with eBay, contact the Seller one last time and ask for your refund. If you paid through PayPal, check your account to see if you just missed the refund notification.

If the seller does not respond in 24 hours, file a complaint with eBay. I think you still have the auction number. Do you have proof of payment? Was the auction actually cancelled or did the seller simply indicate that he/she would refund your money?

If the auction was cancelled, you might have a more difficult time getting a refund so one way to do handle the situation is to indicate that you paid for the item but never received it. The seller might respond that the auction was cancelled which then gives you the chance to indicate that there was no payment refund.

Auctions often rely upon impulse buying. Just remember that many things are not one of a kind, so take the time to consider by putting the item in your wish list or on your watch list rather than bidding or buying. That gives you time to consider when the excitement has worn off.

I checked auction #150734764774 and see that this is a new seller who may not be any more familiar with eBay procedure than you are.
