Seller Refuse To Refund,

Hi I have purchased a mobile phone from the seller tplus99 in Hong Kong on March 19,2015. The phone they sent me had problems and I returned them and asked for refund but they wanted to send me another phone instead and asked me to pay for it. To which I paid. and the new phone they sent me too was not working and I again reported them and they wanted me to return the phone and I insisted in refund but they said they will upgrade it to an another model for free. But I wanted a refund but they said that if the new phone will have problems with in 4 months time they will fully refund and pay for the return postage. Now my phone is not working and when I asked for refund and I will return the item they refuse and claim that they can carry only warranty and I have to pay for all cost. what can I do? Please help me its urgent.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do at this point since it's been over 7 months since you received the item. Normally you could file a claim against the seller with eBay but you have to do that within 45 days of sending the payment. Sorry for the bad news.
