If you cancel your hosting plan during the first 30 days, iPage will refund your hosting fees in full but this is only if you used paypal or a credit card to pay. If you did use paypal or a credit card or you are cancelling later than 30 days, there is a minimum $35 charge as an early termination fee. You must make your request to cancel through the support team.
If you cancel outside of a 30-day money back guarantee period, iPage may refund you the money for the months remaining on your contract (minus cancellation fee and other charges). iPage could choose not to do this and are allowed to keep all of your money for the full term that you prepaid for.
If you have a free domain name and you cancel before the first 30 days, you can return the domain name and you will not be charged. If you keep it or you did not have a free domain name, there is a $15 fee.
You will not receive your money back for any other additional services.
You will be notified before your contract renews. If you do not want your contract to get automatically renewed, you must cancel.
