Authorization

my computer crashed and i'm in the process of getting back my files. itunes wasn't backed up so starting over. some purchased tunes won't play. click on them and it skips to next tune. why? also account says i have three (3) computers authorized on my acctount when there should only be one. how do i clear that up?
