Can you provide more information about the problem? I'm assuming you mean that you are unable to connect to the iTunes store, in which case, this may be a problem with your internet connection, either being slow or not working properly or at all. Have you checked your internet connection. Do this first, then if you still cannot connect, visit the apple site and search their help options as they will most likely have the best answer for you.
