I Have £20 Outstanding On My Account But Cannot Seem To Buy Plz Help

I HAVE DOWNLOADED MUSIC BEFORE WITH THIS VOUCHER NOW I SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM, IT TELLS ME THAT IT IS PURCHASING THE MUSIC BUT THEN DOESN'T AND DOES NOT DEDUCT THE MONIES FROM MY BALANCE
