Linking A Credit Card?

Am I allowed to link a credit card to an itunes account? So I can purchase whenever and not have to go out and buy itunes gift cards?

Yes, in fact, they recommend that.  When you register a new account you can put in credit card or banking information.  They accept pretty much all types of credit cards as well as PayPal.
