Double charge and poor customer service
Never do payment online by check because they still will draft your card as well and when you call corporate office the managers don't talk to customers to resolve issues but if they manager won't talk to you why are they managers anyway.First and last I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog or dead person if you don't want to go through what I went through you better think twice about going to them. Especially if you have statements to prove they did it they won't look at them until 3 days later
