Optiplex Sx270 Won't Turn On

smells like a possible external/internal power problem. Maybe a flaky
power supply.
I'd start by reseating the external power cable at the tower and the
wall - go directly to the wall if there is a UPS/power strip involved.
I'd also get inside the box and seat the PS connectors to the mainboard
as well as the power switch cable to the board as well.

I assume you're getting no errors/beep codes when unsuccessfully
attempting to power up.....
