My Picture Suddenly Got Very Bright.

My picture suddenly got very bright. User controls help very little. DX-L42-10A

Have you tried adjusting your picture settings? You can power cycle the TV by turning it off, unplugging it, and leaving it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. Restore settings back to factory defaults.

Still experiencing issues: I would recommend seeking service repairs. Bear in mind, repairs may be costly, and therefore, replacement may be a cheaper option.
