Problems Upgrading Ram

I purchased 2x 1gb ram for my dv2210us and they do not run with both on, but when i install on at a time the ram work perfectly. I have windows 7 32bit. what can be the problem.

Greetings - You may just have to reset bios by pressing the power button for a full minute with both the battery and AC adapter removed (with both rams connected all the while) as your laptop does support 2GB of ram. There is an upgrading video here.
