Charged Twice, And Hotels.com Was More Than The Hotel! I Want A Refund!
My Hotels.com membership . I booked a room at Springhill Suites by Marriott, Quakerstown, PA earlier this month through Hotels.com. Upon arriving at the hotel I gave my confirmation number . They pulled up the reservation and asked for my credit card. I just received my credit card bill, and found I was charged twice: $164.44 by Hotels.com and $138.05 by Springhill Suites by Marriott, Quakerstown, PA. Hotels.com charged $26.39 MORE than the hotel. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged by Hotels.com, because you advertise CHEAPER rates, yet charged MORE than the hotel! I am disputing your charge with my credit card company.

(Note that we're *not* Hotels.com.) If you're disputing the charge with your card provider, that may be a good way to go. One probable stumbing block is your failure first to try to resolve with Hotels.com, which you can reach at 800-346-8357.
