The Sharp XE-A407 cash register has two percent increase buttons, one for the subtotal and one for individual items. To use the percent increase button for the subtotal, press the "Subtotal" button, then press the "Toggle" button until the "+" sign appears. Next, enter the desired percentage increase, then press the "Subtotal" button again to apply the increase.
To use the percent increase button for individual items, simply enter the item price, then press the "Percent Increase" button. Enter the desired percentage increase, and the price will be increased accordingly.
