Too many fees
This company touts cheap flights, but there are SO many unexpected fees that it doesn't make taking a flight with this airline that cost effective. I would rather go with one of the big name airline companies. Be forewarned about the fees!

Cost effective
Although these people have a lot of hidden fees it was still very cost effective.

A mixed bag.
Some flights where even better priced than advertised but the big selling points to get you on their website seemed to have added fees when you got to checkout, baggage fees and other offenses. Overall not a bad experience just not what I was expecting.ElderNoden.... October 2nd, 2011

Free Flights - Really ?
The worst airline in the business for hiding "extras". The taxes change depending on the time, day, or anything else they like.There is no breakdown of the charges, and no e-mail address to contact customer service.
Avoid them like the plague, use an airline that explains everything to you.
