SCAM AND THEIVES
Do not use this bank for any services, they are liars, thieves, and a SCAM, ally auto took my car under a wrongful repo and I still have not gotten it back, I put 25,000 down and am still and always have made payments on time, it has been a nightmare

Good Service
i have been a customer of ally bank once and all those days i loved the bank.. I had the option of just scanning the check from my mobile and it would get deposited in my a/c instantly.. I had no issues with that bank.. whatever question, i ask will be answered by the bank in a friendly manner.. love the bank..

Never had a problem
I starting using them for my smaller transactions and I have yet to find anything wrong with them.

Terrible customer support
Customer support is obviously outsourced as you have to describe every aspect of the screen you are seeing if using online banking to the support tech, shouldn't they know what the screen looks like? Not very helpful, got sent on a wild goose chase.

Good bank, good customer service
I opened my account with Ally a little over a year ago to help me save some money. The customer service is great and their website is very easy to use.

Auto Financing Customer Serrvice is located in Manila or some other location in the Philipines. The CSRs do not have the background or training to assit with anything beyond what is surley sceripted for them. In my opinion when faced with questions they can't answer they just start making stuff up. Two calls 15 minutes no results

worst bank i have ever delt with cannot get a release of lein for my vehicle for 6 days now car is sold but they take there sweet time to take care of there coustmers and are very bad to deal with also they hold your payments when mailed in and take forever to process payments
