Americredit was apparently the only creditor i could get my car with at the time. I should have refinanced long ago. Their website had some glitches but now that GM financial owns them the website is easier to see my payoff amount, how many payments I have left. I instantly clicked the pay off amount and calculated my costs and only now do i understand how much i can save if I pay the last two years off quickly. The customer support has always been nice and helpful with my questions. It is nice that if I must be a day or two late they allow me to call and ask without penalty. Good experience with their customer service overall.
