Blizzards Customer Service

I've played the game of WoW for 5+ years and the quality of their Customer Service has drastically declined. I used to get replies instantly or at the most a couple of hours. Now it takes 6 days. My recent complaint was about harassment and abuse by many of their customers (this was general abuse that the entire realm was doing to txfers because of our realm being full). After 2 days of no response I tried to cancel my subscription. I got a response that I needed to contact another department within Blizzard, still no response to my original ticket. I contacted my credit card company and told them not to accept any billings from Blizzard. Blizzard is only out to get your money, they do not care at all about their customers. The game is awesome, I played for 5+ years, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, based on their Customer Service.
