bad service
my account was disconnected for missing 1 month bill. called company to pay, my bill was $45, reconnection was $40, they made me put a $100 deposit, and if i want my services restored the same day, i have to pay $262.45. so i paid the whole amount. i spoke w/ customer service, said they will call me ahead (30mins) when the tech is coming.got a call, left my family in the movie theater. waited for 2 hrs for the tech, not even a call.
called the customer service again, said the tech was pulled out due to so called emergency. i asked them why nobody called me to inform me that they are not coming, the rep said,"it's not yet a policy to call customers if a tech/service is re routed. and i'm not compel to do something that's not a policy yet". so, i guess she meant for me to just wait and stay. don't worry about my family out there waiting for me to come back and pick them up.
i paid all the extra and unreasonable charges, all i got was a lousy service.
i hope there is another gas company around here. if not, i'm stuck w/ them
