Pretending to be supportive

I feel you continually play testing people's intelligence and as a customer how can you pretend to be approachable and helpful and understanding what hardship your customers are going through when you only choose to help someone that is wealthy or in good financial situation regardless of the fact that they have held the same job for 32 yrs

Good Bank.

HSBC is overall a good bank. They have a more rigorous than usual online security system. Their online banking was also easy to use. Ultimately, I ended up switching because I got a better rate elsewhere.
