I was pleased with the quality of clothes (shirts, coats, and slacks) I recently received from Lands End. I was in no hurry as I had planned ahead and thus loved getting the shipping free. (But if I was in a hurry their expedited fees were reasonable) I thought it was great value for the dollar. They still provide quality clothing that will last far beyond many other brands.

better to work for than to buy from

they are a great employer for seasonal around christmas time the only thing that excuses their prices is their customer service, my mom had a bag from them for 8 years, a anniversery gift for 10 years at her job it had an ink stain and she tried to order a replacement and they sent her a brand new one free.
