I AM A FIRST TIME TRAVELER ON LUFTHANSA. IT WAS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL. I TRAVELED ENCONOMY. THE FOOD,SEATS, DRINKS (ALL BEER,WINE,LIQUOR FLOWED. STEWARDS WERE GREAT. CUP HOLDERS NEAR TV SO YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO KEEP TRAY DOWN. ONE FLIGHT DOWN AND YOU FOUND 6 BATHROOMS CLEAN ALL AUTO. AS AN AMERICAN I WOULD TELL ALL AMERICANS PICK THIS AIRLINE TO TRAVEL. TO THE USA AIRLINES I SUGGEST YOU COME INTO THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY.

canceld Flight

I recently booked a Flight San Francisco to Cologne Germany, when I went back on line to check if everything is o.k. I noticed the connecting Flight LHR to cgn was missing. I called an Agent to look into the matter and he told me that Flight was cancled, there was no explaination or an Email to let me know of this Fact, I than was connected with a Lufthansa Agent and he had no Explanation ether and just handed the Phone back to the United Agent he than was very nice to find a Flight for me, althoug it was not to cgn direct but via Muenchen to Cgn, my complain is that, the Lufthansa Agent should have taken care of it being that it was Lufthansa who messt up in the first Place, I will think long and hart before I will fly with your Airline again.later I was told by my Sister, that those Flights were operated by Midland and Lufthansa was a 100% partner,this is not how you treat Custumers, I have worked in retail all my Life and know what service is all about, just a little E.mail would have done it and offering a different Route, if you care to send an Email my Account is [email protected].

Poor customer service - Ground & Flight Staff rude & in-considerate

Dec 30th 2011 - We took flight from Frankfurt to San Francisco. It was not a experience that I would want anyone to go thru' - We have not flew on Lufthansa so we were quite surprise by the rude & often dis-respectuful way the ground staff treated passengers at Frankfurt for no reason. Treating them as herds of sheet/goats. We were just observing these announcements by ground staff from our waiting area.

On flight we had observed several customers complain about poor quality of food and lack of enough food for all the passengers. In fact the head stewardess - 'Edna...' was rude to several passengers and heard her say that they (passengers) are not in a restaurant. The staff was not very helpful towards mothers with small children.

It was not a pleasant experience flying Lufthansa....they need to take a close look at their customer service. We would be avoiding this airlines if we can - especially if we have choice.
