customer service sucks!!! Stay far away from pre-paid cards!!
I spent $400 on a pre-paid card. Its 2 hours later and I can't register it because they make it very hard to do so and they purposly have no number available to call. When you do find one, you can only get through if your card is lost or stolen. I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam and they take your $$$$$ but don't want you to use it. Visa that I used as a gift card for niece was very easy to set up, it was also very easy to contact a customer service real person when we had a question. Never ever ever would I get close to this card again and I have almost 20 family members that like gift cards. With all the $$$$ mastercard makes , they can't afford to have a working number for the people that mistakely gave them their money??
