TOOK MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION MONEY AND THEN PERMANENTLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT
I paid for my annual subscription, debit went through my credit card on 27th February. Then last week, I was locked out of my account, When I queried it, I was told that there was a charge back (WHICH THERE WAS NOT) so my accounbt is permanently closed. I have had no luck trying to find out about the fictious 'charge back', no reply other than 'no further email correspondence will be entered into'. A request for a refund has been completely ignored. It is a lot of money and NCSoft are theives for debiting my card and closing my account and not wanting to fund out what has happened. I am furious with the lack of trying to resolve the issue or at the very least, paying my back my money. They have tken money for a service they are not providing, which is thievery. That;s what they are - a bunch of thieves.
