Why open Quest's in strip malls and not have then open on Saturday.
It makes no sense Saturday is everyone day to do their most errands and these places are not open..It makes no sense and then they close an hour for lunch, either they are going to run a business or not.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is my second appt with Quest within a week and I came out with the biggest bruise on my arm from the tournequet that the technician applied.She was not nice or friendly and extremely rough.She seemed very annoyed to be doing my blood.They are always nasty,rude and this time very heavy handed. I happen to have very sensitive skin and this was like being man handled.This is not the correct way to handle a patient.This person has drawn my blood before and should have been familiar with my type of skin.Quest needs to employ nicer personel and employ those that care about people since they are dealing with humans every day.
