Complaint about your telephone service!!!!!
I will not book with travelocity any more I have been on the phone continuously since 10:30AM it ism 8 PM now. I am trying to cancel a trip 1 purchased cancellation Ins. I am constantly being transferred to customer relations so I can have a claim nu. before I cancel, but either I get dis-connected after holding on for 30 minutes or longer 4 this happened 6 times today or I get a busy sign. It is impossible to talk to a live person. I wish someone would call me so I could settle this.

Guarantee is worthless.
i was left stranded a night in SF and all they could say was the guarantee was for price and they had no responsibility to help

A great bargain.
Not only are Travelocity's prices better than those of the individual airlines and hotels, they are also better than those of competitor websites. Definitely recommended.
